Proscenium Circus' ticket sales are coordinated through an outside provider, Universe. To purchase tickets to any of our productions, visit the ticket page for that show and follow the prompts.
Ticket Policies
Before You Arrive
When you purchased your ticket, you should have received an email receipt that is an electronic copy of your ticket(s). Please print out your ticket email and bring it with you on the date of your selected performance. (If you are having trouble finding your original ticket email, try searching "Confirmation Receipt" in your email inbox. Check your spam filter, and be sure to add "tickets@universe.com" to your safe list). If you are unable to print your ticket, please have the email ready on your mobile device in the ticket line. The QR Code found on your ticket may be scanned/collected at the auditorium door.
Online ticket sales end at 5:00 pm the day of an evening performance 12:00 pm prior to a matinee performance. If online sales have closed, you may come to the theatre 30 minutes prior to curtain time to purchase tickets, however, there is no guarantee of ticket availability.
When You Arrive
The theatre entrance can be found at the 93 Hayward Road school entrance. You may also enter through the front entrances of the school, 36 Charter Road. If you are purchasing tickets at the door, please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to curtain. Proceed to the ticket the table (located directly outside the theatre) to purchase your tickets. Once you have your tickets, you will be directed to end of the line to wait for the theatre to open.
