First performed in 1879, A Doll’s House is a pillar of modern drama, one of the most respected plays in the world. It tells the story of Nora Helmer, a woman who has been always content to do what society has asked of her: dress up in pretty dresses and decorate her home, a doll in a doll’s house. A Doll's House follows Nora's journey as a crisis causes the foundations of her dream life to crack.
